What a reservation is
Submitting the booking form reserves seats on a departure. It is free and no payment is taken online. You pay the operator in euros on the day of the tour.
Prices
All prices on this site are per person in euros and include what the product page lists as included: the round-trip hotel transfer, the vehicle, the helmet, the information and safety briefings, the vehicle briefing and practice drive, professional guidance on the route, insurance where applicable under the operating policy, and the changing cabins and showers at the base.
Goggles, bandanas, food and drinks at the base, and photos or video by the base team are optional extras, paid at the base. Nothing else is charged.
Anyone aged 11 or over pays the adult fare. Children aged 6–10 pay the child fare on the Quad Safari and the Family Buggy Safari. ID is checked at the base as proof of age.
Transfer and pickup
Round-trip hotel transfer is included from the pickup areas named on this site. Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel and the day's route, is earlier than your departure time, and is confirmed with your booking — we do not publish a fixed pickup time we cannot keep for every hotel.
Please be at your hotel's main entrance at the confirmed time. If the vehicle cannot find you there, the departure may leave without you.
Drivers, passengers and safety
No driving licence is required: the safari runs on a private off-road course, not on public roads. Drivers must be 16 or over and carry ID as proof of age. Every driver completes the information briefing, the safety briefing, the vehicle briefing and a supervised practice drive; the guide assesses every driver and has the final say on who drives the main safari. Anyone who does not drive rides the same route as a passenger.
Passengers aged 11 or over ride at the adult fare. Children aged 6–10 ride as passengers with an adult on the Quad Safari and the Family Buggy Safari. Children under 6 cannot take part.
Helmets are provided and must be worn for the whole safari. The convoy follows the lead guide at the guide's pace. Tell us before booking about pregnancy, back, neck or heart problems, recent surgery or any condition affected by rough tracks. We may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour puts other guests at risk; no refund is due in that case, and nothing was charged in advance.
Timings
The programme is approximately 4–4.5 hours door to door and includes an 18 km off-road route. The duration is approximate: it varies with group size, conditions, weather, traffic, pickup location and season, and we do not promise an exact duration or a fixed return time.
Changes we may have to make
Departure times follow a seasonal schedule and may change. If we cannot run your departure, you may move to another date or cancel at no cost — nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Belongings
Bring only what you need. Dust, dirt, mud and water are part of this activity; we are not responsible for dirt or impact damage to items you choose to carry on the course, or for belongings left in a vehicle.
