No statutory right of withdrawal — and what you get instead
A leisure service booked for a specific date is one of the contracts the EU excludes from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Germany, § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB). That is the law, not our policy, and it is why we say it plainly rather than leave you to assume a right you do not have.
What you get instead is the rule below, which we offer voluntarily and which is more useful on a holiday: cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure, with nothing charged in advance to refund.
Free cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and it is done — there is nothing to refund, because nothing was charged.
Later than that
Inside 24 hours, tell us anyway. Vehicles and transfer seats are scheduled per person, so we ask that you give as much notice as you can, but no payment is collected in advance and you will not be invoiced.
If we cancel
If we cannot run your departure, we move you to another date or departure that suits you, or cancel entirely at no cost. Nothing was charged in advance, so there is nothing to refund.
No-shows
If nobody is at the pickup point at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the vehicle continues its route. Message us as early as you can if your plans change.
