What the €30 buggy fare covers
Every seat on the buggy safari is sold at the adult fare of €30 — everyone aged 11 or over pays it, whether driving or riding along. The booking form multiplies that fare by your group and adds nothing else, because nothing else is sold online.
What the fare buys is the same on all three safaris:
- Round-trip hotel transfer — hotel to the off-road base and back
- Your buggy or quad for the safari — a wheel and pedals, or handlebars and a thumb throttle
- Helmet, worn for the whole safari
- Information briefing and safety briefing
- Vehicle briefing and practice drive before the main track
- Guidance on the route
- Insurance, included where applicable under the operating policy
- Changing cabins and showers at the base
Sold at the base: goggles, bandana, food, drinks, photos
Four things are sold at the base and belong to no fare: goggles, bandanas, food and drinks, and the photos and video the base team takes during the safari. You decide on the spot whether you want any of them and pay there, separately from the safari. There is no meal in the programme, no drink in the fare, and the photo service is not booked through this site.
You will not find a price for any of these here — deliberately. They are set at the base, and we would rather print nothing than a figure that is wrong by the time you reach the counter. If an extra matters to your budget, ask on WhatsApp before you book.
- Goggles — sold at the base, not in the base price
- Bandana — sold at the base, not in the base price
- Food and drinks — bought at the base
- Photos and video by the base team — paid separately
Helmet in, goggles out: how the protective kit divides
The helmet is the protective equipment the safari supplies, and it is not optional: every driver and every passenger wears one for the whole safari, adults and children alike, and protective equipment is one of the points the safety briefing covers.
Goggles and a bandana sit in a different category. The course is forest tracks and dirt roads with water-splash stops and small stream crossings, so dust is part of the drive — whether you want something over your eyes and nose is a matter of personal comfort. They are not required, not handed out and not in the fare. Nothing obliges you to buy them at the base either: sunglasses and a scarf from your suitcase do the same job.
Paying on the day: the fare and the extras never mix
Nothing is charged on this website. You book, receive your confirmation and pay the safari fare on the day of the tour; cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your departure. Goggles, a bandana, a drink or a photo are bought at the base only when you decide you want them.
So the total in the booking form is the only number you need for the safari itself. If you want extras, bring a little more for the base — how much, we cannot say, because we publish no price we have not verified.
Children, the quad safari and the family buggy safari
The split does not change with the vehicle. On the quad safari an adult pays €25 and a child aged 6–10 rides as a passenger for €15; on the family buggy safari the adult fare is €30 and a child passenger aged 6–10 pays €18. Children wear a helmet like everyone else, and any goggles or bandana for them are bought at the base in the same way. Children under 6 cannot take part.
Drivers are 16 or over and show ID at the base as proof of age. No driving licence is required — the safari runs on a private off-road course, not on public roads.
What you bring from the hotel costs nothing at the base
The hotel transfer is included for Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç, Gündoğdu and Kızılot. Your pickup time is earlier than the departure time you choose; it depends on your hotel and the route and is confirmed with your booking. Pack for dust before you leave the room:
- Closed shoes or sports shoes — not flip-flops
- Old, dark clothes that can get dusty or muddy
- Sunglasses or your own bandana against the dust
- Spare clothes for after the showers
