What 'transfer included' means here
The transfer is not an add-on or a separate line on the booking form. The buggy safari costs €30 per person, the quad safari €25 per adult and €15 per child aged 6–10, the family buggy safari €30 per adult and €18 per child — and the hotel transfer is already inside each fare.
The route is hotel → inland to the private off-road course → the same hotel after the showers. No transfer fee, no charge for the return leg, no meeting point to find.
The nine pickup zones
We collect from nine resort zones along the Side coast. On the booking form you choose your pickup area from this list and type your hotel name — and your room number if you know it. That is all we need.
The list is deliberately exact: these are the areas our transfer actually serves for the Side buggy safari, quad safari and family buggy safari.
- Side
- Kumköy
- Evrenseki
- Çolaklı
- Titreyengöl
- Sorgun
- Kızılağaç
- Gündoğdu
- Kızılot
Pickup time is not departure time
In season the safari has three departures — 08:00, 11:00 and 13:00 — and the live calendar shows which run on your date. Each is an activity departure time, not a hotel pickup time. Your pickup is earlier: the transfer collects several hotels along its route before it reaches the base.
How much earlier depends on your hotel, your pickup zone and the day's route, so we print no pickup time here — one figure would be wrong for most hotels. Your exact pickup time is confirmed with your booking; be at your hotel entrance a few minutes before it.
Staying outside the nine zones?
If your hotel is anywhere else, message us on WhatsApp before you book and tell us where you are staying. A person answers and tells you honestly whether the transfer can reach you — we would rather say no in advance than fail to turn up.
The booking form also offers 'Somewhere else — we will check' under pickup area: choose it, type your hotel name in the hotel field as usual, and we come back to you.
Where the transfer fits in a 4–4.5 hour day
Door to door the programme takes approximately 4–4.5 hours, and the driving itself is an 18 km off-road route. The rest of the time is the transfer, registration, the information briefing, the safety briefing, the practice drive, breaks and the showers before you leave.
On arrival, drivers show ID as proof of age — drivers are 16 or over. No driving licence is required — the safari runs on a private off-road course, not on public roads. The return transfer leaves once the group has driven and rinsed off, so there is no fixed return time.
What to have with you when the transfer arrives
Drivers need their ID. Everyone should wear old clothes and closed shoes — sports shoes, not flip-flops — because the course means dust, dirt and possibly mud; pack a change of clothes for after the showers. A helmet is provided; goggles and a bandana are not in the base price, so bring your own or buy them at the base.
Children ride in the transfer with you: children aged 6–10 join the quad safari or the family buggy safari as passengers at the child fare; children under 6 cannot take part, with no infant seat. You pay on the day at the base — nothing is charged online — and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure.
