Nothing is charged online — here is exactly what that means
There is no online payment on this website. The booking form asks for your safari, your date and departure, who is coming, your hotel and your contact details — and that is all. No card number, no expiry date, no security code — there is nowhere to enter them.
Nothing is charged, held or pre-authorised when you send the form: no booking fee, no deposit. The amount you pay on the day is the total on your confirmation: the booking system prices the reservation from its own price list when you confirm, and the running figure in the form is the preview of it.
The total you see before you confirm
The last step of the form is a summary of your reservation. Before you press confirm, it shows your safari, date and departure, the number of adults and children, your pickup area and hotel, and the total for your party.
The total is the per-person fares added together, in euros — nothing on top for the transfer, the helmet, the briefings or the practice drive. If the figure is not what you expected, change the party or the safari and it updates before anything is sent.

What your confirmation contains
Once the booking goes through you see a confirmation page with your booking reference, the safari, the date, the departure time, your hotel and the total in euros — with the note that payment is on the day and nothing has been charged. The email field is optional: leave an address and a confirmation reaches your inbox too.
One line is deliberately left open: your hotel pickup time. It is earlier than your departure, depends on your hotel and the day's route, and our team confirms it before the day rather than printing a figure that would be wrong for most hotels. Keep the confirmation on your phone; the reference finds your booking fastest if you message us.
Paying at the base on the day
On the day, the transfer collects you from your hotel and brings you to the base — the private off-road course inland from the Side coast. You settle the total from your confirmation there, in person, in euros. To pay another way, ask us on WhatsApp before the day.
Anything you add at the base is separate and paid on the spot: goggles, a bandana, food and drinks, photos or video by the base team. None of it is compulsory or on your confirmation. Drivers also bring ID as proof of age; no driving licence is required — the safari runs on a private off-road course, not on public roads.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure
A booking that cost nothing to make costs nothing to cancel. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your departure: message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and the seat is released. Because nothing was paid, there is no refund to chase and no card transaction to reverse. Want a different date or departure instead? Say so in the same message: we check whether that departure still has places and move the booking if it does — same fares, same terms, and still nothing to pay online.
A booking that took no money is still a real seat. Each departure takes up to 40 participants, and the booking system counts every confirmed reservation against that figure the moment it is made; if a departure has filled up for your date, the form says so when you confirm and nothing is booked. The 24-hour rule keeps that fair both ways: you walk away free until then, and we can offer a released seat to someone else.
