Step 1 — choose your safari
The form opens on the three products this site sells — Buggy Safari, Quad Safari and Family Buggy Safari — each tile with its fare per person. Start from a product page and that safari is already selected.
The choice sets the rules for step 3: the Buggy Safari takes adults only; the Quad Safari and the Family Buggy Safari also take a child aged 6–10 as a passenger with an adult. Travelling with children? Choose the family safari now — the form will not add a child to the adults-only buggy later.
Step 2 — pick a date and see only the departures that run
Dates open from tomorrow; the form takes no same-day bookings. Once a date is set, the form asks the booking system which departures run that day and shows only those. In season there are three — 08:00, 11:00 and 13:00 — but a slot that does not run on your date simply does not appear.
Below the departures sits a note worth reading once: this is the departure time, when the safari starts — not the time your transfer reaches the hotel. The pickup is earlier, depends on your hotel and the day's route, and is confirmed with the booking; you do not choose it in the form. No departure on your date? The form suggests another date or a WhatsApp message.
Step 3 — adults and children: what the form counts, and what the base checks
Two counters, adults (11+) and children (6–10), and at least one adult is always required. On the Buggy Safari the children counter is switched off; on the Family Buggy Safari it cannot go below one child. There is no counter for under-6s — children under 6 cannot take part on any of the three safaris. The counters are headcounts, not an age check: you put each person in the right band when you book, and the ages themselves are confirmed at the base on the day.
Drivers are 16 or older and show ID at the base; no driving licence is required, as the safari runs on a private off-road course, not on public roads. The form also checks that your party fits the departure — each has room for 40, counted across every booking on that date — and sends a larger group to WhatsApp.
- At least one adult (11+) on every booking
- Children 6–10 only on the Quad and Family Buggy Safaris, as passengers
- At least one child on the Family Buggy Safari
- No under-6s, and no counter for them
- Party size within the departure's capacity of 40
Steps 4 and 5 — pickup area, hotel and your details
The pickup area is a short list — Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç, Gündoğdu and Kızılot — the areas the round-trip hotel transfer covers. Choose yours and the hotel field suggests names from that area as you type; if yours is missing, type it in full. Staying elsewhere? Pick 'Somewhere else — we will check'.
Then the lead traveller's full name and a phone number with country code — ideally one that works on WhatsApp, because that is how we reach you about the pickup. Room number, email (for your confirmation), the other travellers' names and a notes box are optional.
Step 6 — check, confirm, and what happens next
The last screen is the whole booking on one card: safari, date, departure, pickup area, hotel, adults and children with the fare for each, and the total. Transfer, helmet, briefings and practice drive are listed as included, goggles and bandana as optional extras paid at the base, cancellation as free up to 24 hours before departure.
Press 'Confirm booking' and the booking system checks the seats once more and answers within seconds. You land on a confirmation page with a booking reference and everything you chose; the hotel pickup line reads 'confirmed by our team before the day' — the one detail that comes later, once the route for your date is set. Nothing is charged at any point: no card, no deposit, no booking fee.
When the form cannot help — a group larger than a departure takes, a date with no departure, a booking system that does not answer — it points you to WhatsApp: send the same details and we enter the booking by hand. Staying outside the nine areas? The form still takes the booking under 'Somewhere else — we will check', and a WhatsApp message before you book is the quickest way to hear whether we can reach your hotel. The confirmation page has a WhatsApp button too, pre-filled with your reference.
